I can’t thank Chip enough for his professionalism, knowledge of situation, clear explanation of process, photos of damage and most importantly his willing to help on a SUNDAY!! We were out of town just starting a week long vacation. My husband was already looking for ways to travel back home because we were sure we wouldn’t find anyone to help eliminate the wasps that got into our house but Chip put us at ease and said he would deal with them and not to worry. I highly recommend him and Kidwell Pest Management.

Voles.....Chip was very responsive to our request for service. He came out to our house the day after we contacted him and once we talked through our situation and what we were experiencing he was very knowledgeable of the problem, voles. He completed a walkthrough around the exterior of our house and was able to show us the tracks voles make in the lawn and the nest they typically create out of grass. He suggested a solution which included options for us to choose with an estimate which seemed very reasonable. Once we decided to use Chip he came out the following day again to set up boxes to address the issue. Within a few days the activity we were seeing in our yard was gone and 2 months later we still have not had any issues. Overall Chip was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and i would not hesitate to use him again on future projects.

Chip is a class act! I recently purchased my first home and the inspection report came back with evidence of termites. Needless to say, I assumed the worst, and started getting quotes from termite treatment. Chip explained that giving a quote over the phone would be irresponsible, and that he would prefer coming on site for inspection. Communication was great, he walked through the house and basement explaining to me what he's looking for, and then reassured me that I don't need a treatment, and offered to come back if I see any more evidence. After he told me that I don't owe him anything for the inspection, I insisted on giving him some money for his time. Highly recommended!
