About

Talon Maintenance and Renovations was founded on honesty and integrity. We do not try to upsell our clients and work with them to find solutions that fit their budgets. After years of seeing my own mother struggle to find honest, dependable help around her house, I decided to be a part of the solution. I strive to treat each of my clients the way I'd want my mother treated.

Andrew with Talon Maintenance and Renovations is the best contractor I've worked with! 😁 He replaced an 8-ft wide door in my garage with a 9-ft wide door, and I dare you to see any evidence of where the old door used to be. The quality of cutting back the wall and concrete, moving the outside lights, and finishing the trimmed back concrete block at the foundation is absolutely amazing. The garage door that I purchased didn't come with a couple of hardware items and I wasn't aware of it, so Andrew ordered these for me and didn't charge me for them. Thank you, Andrew, and your construction crew, for a great renovation experience. We'll have more projects for you at our house in the future for sure. 😀

Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Garage • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

I am so happy I hired Andrew. He was so easy to work with. I wanted a dog shower, but he went above and beyond and personalized it. I left the entire project in his hands, and the creativity is beyond what I expected. He has become my go to person for home projects.
