Josh did a great job. Our grill originally had the wrong orifice installed. Josh custom fitted a new one and has our grill working again. I recommend this company for any grill repair. They are A+ with the BBB.

We absolutely would use Hall & Sons again. Communication was great and Josh was on top of things. He was able to remove our existing gas range and dishwasher quickly, and then install the new ones. He also answered any other questions we had about other things in the house.

Josh did an excellent job. I needed professional help with an old gas line to a new stove after having difficulty with connection. I did not want to worry about any possible gas-related issues. Josh expertly handled all those concerns. I wish the Thumbtack ratings allowed me to commend all 5 attributes that were available in review instead of just the 3. I’ll just sum up here. WORK QUALITY: fantastic. He was efficient and fast without sacrificing quality. RESPONSIVENESS: above and beyond. Josh responded quickly and professionally to my scheduling needs. I had a bit of an awkward window where work would be ideal, and Josh was able to accommodate. PUNCTUALITY: clearly a pro. He showed up slightly early -but not too early, for the scheduled appointment. PROFESSIONALISM: definitely a pro. Josh got right to the task, demonstrating an obvious knowledge base and skill. VALUE: exceptional. Because of his knowledge and efficiency, he was able to get the work done right in a timely manner and ended up charging me slightly less than what was quoted. I do not know if that is a fairly normal practice, but I appreciated the adjustment when he assessed the job. OVERALL: if I ever have any need for any handyman services, I will contact Josh first. You should to.
