- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every show is quoted based on Who, What, When, Where and Why. Not all of this information is available to me when I send a quote, so the price may need to be adjusted accordingly. The best way to get the perfect quote is by providing the five W's. The more I understand your needs, the better my offered services and price. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I'll take time to find out important details about your event. These details will allow me to create the perfect show and make suggestions that will help make adjustments if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I first began performing as a magician, I was instructed to fill my mouth with marbles. As I performed every show, I would have a marble drop out of my mouth. Little bit by little bit I was told they would fall out, till one day, they would all be gone! My Magic Instructor told me that once I lost all of my marbles, I was ready to perform Comedy Magic full time professionally!! LOL I take my comedy very seriously!
