- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I keep my pricing system simple by offering packages - 3 sessions for $240; 4 sessions for $320. Add on sessions $80 each. The most popular package seems to average at 4 sessions. Each session is 60-90 minutes long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Along with taking a detailed history, my next step is to observe the dog owner and other family members interacting with their dog so that I can see how well they communicate. We discuss what their goals are and then proceed with a training plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Besides networking with other business professionals, I do have to keep up my CEUs to renew my dog training certification. This involves continuing education which can be done attending approved seminars, online studies, reading books and journals.. I must reapply for certification every three years.
