Due to my health issues I’m not able to clean my house anymore. Katia did an excellent job cleaning my home. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I’m happy with everything. You only pay after the job is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk over the phone about your house size, areas that you'd want to be cleaned, pricing and availability. First time cleaning usually takes the longest, but that gives me an idea of what exactly you'd like to be done in your house. I pay attention to every detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was cleaning houses full time for 2 years when I was going through nursing school. I've been a nurse for 7 years now but my passion for helping others doesn't stop there. My cleaning services are more than just a business for me. I truly care about every customer. My business is fully licensed and insured.
