About
Built on a simple idea.
When your fireplace stops working in the middle of a Cleveland winter, you don't want a generalist guessing at the problem. You want someone who works on gas fireplaces every day and knows exactly where to look.
That's why Flame Fix focuses on gas fireplaces, inserts and log sets. The narrow focus means we recognize problems quickly, explain them in plain language, and fix them properly — so the next time you reach for the remote, it just works.

They were honest and upfront and made the entire process very stress free for my family. Its clear they really know fireplaces and take pride in doing the job right.
