The representative did an outstanding job on my computer and really spent the time going over it. He repaired the computer in one day, the first day I contacted Thumbtack. His service was great and very reasonable. Thank you BITSNCHIPS.

David was fantastic! I asked him to get rid of the warnings that kept popping up and were driving me crazy. I watched in amazement as he took control of my computer and zoomed all around changing, deleting, fixing... He was particularly patient and helpful when we were getting started (I told him I was 75 years old and really had no clue what I was doing). I'll definitely contact him again if (when) I need more help. Chris Howland

He was very thorough and he knew what he was doing I'm extremely satisfied with the service he provided. I almost got scamed by a business I called to clean my computer until I put on my thinking cap and asked Chat GPT about the problem and decided to connect with Thumbtack once again. I will use his service agaain the price was also very afforable.
