David was fantastic! I asked him to get rid of the warnings that kept popping up and were driving me crazy. I watched in amazement as he took control of my computer and zoomed all around changing, deleting, fixing... He was particularly patient and helpful when we were getting started (I told him I was 75 years old and really had no clue what I was doing). He was very thorough and he knew what he was doing I'm extremely satisfied with the service he provided.
