I connected with Dave after a search for computer repairs. He was VERY responsive and helpful. My computer had a few issues and he addressed every one of them. He remotes in and stayed in continuous contact with me as he worked the problems. Dave is clearly skilled and a great communicator. I asked questions via the App as he worked on the computer.
