I connected with Dave after a search for computer repairs. He was VERY responsive and helpful. My computer had a few issues and he addressed every one of them. He remotes in and stayed in continuous contact with me as he worked the problems. Dave is clearly skilled and a great communicator. I asked questions via the App as he worked on the computer. I must admit, I was on the internet looking for a local technician to repair my laptop power issue when Thumbtack put me in touch with Bits & Chips. He walked me thru a checklist to narrow down the problem and before I really thought about it, I'd taken the back off my Insperon, identified the problem as a battery issue, and switched out the hard drive to another laptop. Up and running the same day--business interuption avereted! I'm definitely not yet ready to hang out my Computer Repair 'Shingle' ... but very pleased with the results and thrilled with the minor charge for his assistance.
