We bought a 1917 house about a year and a half ago and had mold in our unfinished basement. Being new to the area we did not know who to call, so I searched online. Michael Myles was the first and only person who responded to my thumbtack request for mold remediation. I appreciated the fact that he responded so quickly, came out to do an estimate in a timely manner, and came up with a game plan to address the areas of concern, all for a very resonable price. Throughout the entire process he communicated what they were going to do and addressed my requests and concerns.
He and his men not only remediated the mold, but sealed and sprayed all walls, removed a huge section of our plaster ceiling as well as the lath underneath which was falling apart, and gave the basement walls and floor a paint job. Michael even had me take a look towards the end of the job to see if there was anything else I wanted to be addressed and they were more than willing to take care of it. They turned our dungenous basement into a pleasant and, more importantly, safe environment.
The entire team was professional, polite, and hardworking! I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to others. In fact, I am having them return for a few smaller projects around the house!

i NEEDED TO HAVE MOLD REMOVAL IN MY ATTIC DUE TO A VERY OLD ROOF AND WINTER DAMAGE.
MIKE WAS THE BEST, HE FIRST CAME AND LOOK AT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS,THEN DESCRIBED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE AND WHY. I LEARNED SO MUCH.NO OTHER COMANY WAS SO THROUGH, THANKS MIKE I WILL BE YOUR AD MAN TO EVERYONE I KNOW. THERE WILL BE OTHER TYPES OF WORK IN MY HOME AND MIKE WILL BE MY FIRST CALL. MIKE WAS ON TIME HE ALSO CALLED WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY, HE ALSO CAME AT THE TIME THAT WAS BEST FOR ME. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Mr. Myles promised to make my very moldy basement look like new. He also took down my kitchen ceiling and treat the mold in the rafters before he installed new dry wall which was then mudded to perfection. His crew also installed back entry and steel security doors. His team was professional and did a fantastic job. Mr. Myles personally conducted daily quality control checks and redirected his team if he saw anything that was not to his high standard. I have now asked him for a new quote on additional projects. I would highly recommend Michael Myles. He delivers above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Michael Myles.
