All my questions were answered quickly and completely. Kevin's research and honesty helped me decide, on his recommendation, that I not put more money into my treadmill. While I'm disappointed it can't be repaired, I really appreciate the time taken to research my issue and the honest approach. If I ever do need work done, I'll be contacting Kevin first.

What a great experience! They responded to my inquiry which was after hours, had an appointment set up 2 days later and were very transparent with costs (which were extremely reasonable). The tech that came out was right on time, very professional and respectful that i was on a conference call with work during his service. He took the time after to explain everything he did, showed me some preventative maintenance tips and even showed me what supplies to get online. He cleaned everything up and even wiped down my treadmill afterwards, like he was never there. I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot especially with the upcoming new year. Whether getting new equipment dialed in or tuning up what you've already got, definitely give them a call!

This was an initial visit to diagnose the problem and to single out what part failed, the technician was on time, professional and seem to uncovered the issue. So far I’m pleased I’ll provide more details once th energy part is installed and treadmill working, but so far thumbs up

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to diagnose many issues without looking under the 'hood' of the equipment. Our first visit will be a diagnostic visit. If we can fix the problem, we will! If not, we will provide a quote for a follow-up visit that covers parts and labor based on what we find. Lubrication of belts and overall inspection of equipment is provided on all visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get to know your equipment. Make, model, and year. We'll work with you to understand what problems you are observing with your machine and then seek to understand the cause of the issue. We will answer any questions you have and look to ensure you are very satisfied with the service we provide. All visits will be completed with a documented report of the work performed and the fees paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have completed hands-on training at the Fitness Machine Technicians headquarters. On-going work with manufacturers to understand their equipment and the details of supporting it takes place on a regular basis.
