- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and price out all projects as if i'm the one being given the estimate. I try and be reasonable and fair with everyone. So I may not be the cheapest but i'm usually not the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk on phone.Maybe exchange photos.Then set up a time for me to come out and look at work.If needed then within a few days I get the estimate back to customer. Once things are agreed upon I usually require a small deposit to get started and balance upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction and remodeling businesses for over thirty five years and have extensive knowledge and experience and most of the trades.
