Tony has performed thousands of appraisals and home inspections over a nearly 30 year career in Real Estate. We can do a top to bottom home inspection, with or without Radon, or we can help you navigate the new construction mistakes that come from the emotionally motivated mine field of "gotta have that" as well as advise you how to upgrading your home room by room for maximum return on your investment. I'm also a valuation expert and can do appraisals and evaluations for non-lending purposes. Tony was also a HUD 203K Inspector/Consultant and a Certified Appraiser. Anthony was on time and did a excellent job. I will refer him to everyone. He came to Middleburg to do a home inspection. He estimated an hour and within that hour is was done and gone. Again, I was VERY IMPRESSED with the service provided. I had my report that afternoon as he indicated he would have it done. I have no improvements to report as he did an EXCELLENT JOB. AGAIN, I WILL REFER HIM TO EVERYONE. Rating: Higher than excellent.

Mr. Roved did an thorough job inspecting the home I want to purchase. He emailed a report the next morning that included pictures of the repairs that the homeowner had to make.

Anthony was able to work around my schedule for leaving town on a holiday weekend. During the inspection Anthony was not bothered by me asking questions and took time to explain not only why he would fail certain things, but also able to give on spot reasonable cost estimates.

We price based upon square footage and property features i.e. is there a basement or not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're an onsite inspection and consultation company. We are very attuned to the home purchase cadence and work closely to ensure that our clients are well informed throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been involved in the lending industry since 1989 in many facets of the industry. Developer, builder, appraiser and realtor. I've also owned title and lending companies.
