We price based upon square footage and property features i.e. is there a basement or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're an onsite inspection and consultation company. We are very attuned to the home purchase cadence and work closely to ensure that our clients are well informed throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been involved in the lending industry since 1989 in many facets of the industry. Developer, builder, appraiser and realtor. I've also owned title and lending companies.
