Matt and Anthony, Thank you for a great job well done with washing the vinyl siding on my home and pressurewashing my concrete sidewalks. Matt, your diligence to explain all of your services and prepare all of the details for the job were exemplary. I thoroughly understood all of options available with your services and I was very pleased with the price. Anthony, your hard work and expertise were impeccable. Those were some very stubborn trouble spots and you restored them beautifully. I was really relieved to see the high levels of skill, advice and attention to details you provided. Thank you gents, again, and I look forward to calling you in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is unique, our professionals will come to your home or conduct a virtual estimate and walk you through the cleaning process. How long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning, how many windows you have, the square footage of your house, concrete and gutters are taken into consideration when providing you with a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional estimator will provide you with an in-home or virtual estimate (your choice). We will then schedule a time for our professionals to clean, protect and beautify your home.
Our work is backed by a Streak Free Guarantee and our Window Care Program offers discounts based on frequency of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window Genie professionals are fully trained and insured. We use state of the art equipment and products to deliver superior results and treat your home with respect.
We are a member of the International Window Cleaning Association and International Window Film Association.
