Mold Inspection and Removal

I utilized Mr. Myles for a mold remediation job which he completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. I thought it was a little weird when it was like pulling teeth to get a receipt and warranty for his work for my buyers, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I then hired him to complete a home inspection for me, which was done on August 7th. I paid him in full on that day as he requested. He advised me he would have the report along in 5 business days. I patiently waited 10 before I contacted him. Let's just say that it's September 3rd, so we are going on a month since the inspection was completed, and I have yet to receive the report. He did manage to immediately cash my check the very next day. He's given me several different stories as to why he doesn't have the report and cannot provide me with an electronic OR paper copy, and now he is simply not answering his phone. STEER CLEAR.

As I did not work with this customer directly, I have dealt with the associate that did. This was an event of broken communication. We work very hard to make sure each of our customers that work directly with our company, whether it be through Thumbtack or other forms of contact, has the best experience.

Michale has went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable along with the new buyer of our home as to making sure the mold was gone. I highly recommend him!

Mike and his crew just finished restoring my dilapidated garage and it looks beautiful! I was considering demolition when Mike discussed options and it was actually more beneficial to save the garage (something I didn't think was possible), and now it looks great! Very professional and reliable, highly recommend American Building & Restoration!
