If we were rating based on comparison with other contractors, the rating would be more favorable. However, we live in a customer service based society so one has to ask the question, “was a standard met for whatever is being measured?”
The team shows up daily where you can see the daily progression. A true strongpoint of this company is the quality of work is above average. The pricing is kept at market value. The team doesn’t go beyond there competency level. If they not knowledgeable or have no experience with moving forward with a task, they will let you know. All the workers are very friendly!!
2 negative points that are entitled to explanation. Completion of task with the same sense of urgency and having contingency plans to meet deadlines!! As mentioned above, the entire team shows up daily. If they are on time, I cannot speak on because I wasn’t present at the beginning of the worker’s work day. Working at a great pace, the deadline is close to being met and of course with most renovation projects, unexpected issues happen. Understood.. On 2 occasions at the same site, 90% of project completed and a short completion list was left. All of a sudden, not all workers are present. What would possibly take this team a day to complete is dragged out to 3 or 4 days. Why is that?? Possibly, most the team are working other small projects to maximize the week financial. As I told the GC of these projects, we are investors. In Real Estate each day that goes by, is expensive. Statement wasn’t taken serious because the project dragged out a few more days. I can assure you that the level of disrespect is well noted on my end. The list....this list lastly have the obvious of clean up!! 1st time when we moved a tenant in, “oops”got my days mixed up. The place (bathroom and floors) was not up to standard as it pertains to cleanliness. Okay, it happens. 6 weeks later, a check list was text to GC. The list was really short with cleanup as the last option. It’s known that the 14th was the move in date for more tenants. The crew has failed to sweep and mop the brand new flooring. Bottled water and containers were left in a closet. The kitchen counter top and refrigerator resembled a dust bowl. The carpet up stairs was not too bad however, mostly all new in the interior, so we had to vacuum the entire upstairs as they had the movers moving them in.
I was more of disappointed. All of the good traits of the work and you lack the priority of cleanliness?? Wow, that’s the easy part!!
So I would recommend strongly but one must be mindful of those couple things that places a dark cloud over these renovators.

Very happy with the project outcome and overall experience. Cody was fast to respond and provided a reasonable quote. The entire team was professional, tidy and constructed a product to be proud of. They rebuilt the awning over my front entryway, including replacing the support columns. I would highly recommend them and look forward to being in contact for future projects.

These guys are awesome. They are very professional, and worked fast to complete our project. If you need something done, these are the guys to hire.
Well thes guys were so good the first time, we hired them again to do another flooring job. This time, unfortunately it did not go as well. The new flooring and stair nose is already pulling up or falling off.
There are gaps between the tread and riser of the steps, the back corner where the two meet, and I was told to get a color match caulking to hide the gap. In my opinion, that would have been done differently so the gap wasn't there, or put the caulking down as part of the job.
When contacting them about this, there was no offer to come fix the problems, or to look at them.

Great to work with. Fast and the job is done well. It has been a couple months since they completed the backsplash in my kitchen, and we have had absolutely no issues. Highly recommended.
