- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be based on details of event. Will discuss at consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to make contact by phone first. Then depending on the event that you are seeking makeup for, we may need to meet for a trial run before the big day. I don’t like feeling rushed and unsure on the big day that you will love your look. We can avoid trying colors and all the irration to your skin if we meet once before the event to pick colors and the look we are going for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend training courses twice a year. I was a Business Manager for Estée Lauder for 5 years and have been to a large number of trainings in the Cleveland district. I also am still working as a traveling artist for them.
