And will make sure your home is in the best working condition if can be by the time I leave. If it's anything with grout , mortar or cement I can help you out. I don't rack up crazy prizes just because it's hard work, no, I will do everything I can to keep it as cheap as possible for you without cutting corners (using cheap materials etc) if you want a guarantee I'll put × amount of years on × type of project. usually I'm against the people that guarantee their stuff for 25 30 years because all that's telling me is they're guaranteeing it's going to fail I don't roll like that. I'm going to build it to last as long as possible.
