I requested service on a Friday, he responded that day and offered service next day!! He came and fixed the issue within an hour, which included running to the hardware store. Our fridge finally has water and ice depenser!! Wishing we would have done this sooner!

He ran diagnostics which showed the repairs were partially covered under warranty but beyond his abilities. He assisted in creating an incident with the manufacturer and reduced his fee. I fully believe that while he did not complete the repairs, the money paid was well spent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service fee is 100 however if unit has major issues and isn’t cost effective to fix we reduce service fee to 50 for mobilization and diagnostic
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message for availability then set up time if unit needs parts we order and cover fees and get reimbursed with final payment
