I was told a 2 hour time frame and it went 3 hours beyond that until someone showed up! Yes, it was a weekend day so I realize that service calls may run longer, but with that being said , they drove up in a crossover SUV( clearly not stocked with parts) he didn't even bring in anything to check my issue- just simply turned it on and stated "Yep, its not cooling "- well no crap thats why I made the call! Then proceeded to Tell me he "had a friend " that could sell me a refurbished unit ! I knew when I called it was my compressor but just the lack of this individual trying to diagnosis the issue and then trying to sell me another unit was completely unprofessional! A clear kick back! Would never call this company again after that !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service fee is 100 however if unit has major issues and isn’t cost effective to fix we reduce service fee to 50 for mobilization and diagnostic
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message for availability then set up time if unit needs parts we order and cover fees and get reimbursed with final payment
