Rusty arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our 6 year old Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher as a faulty blower that dries the dishes. Given age of the dishwasher and estimated cost to do the repair my wife and I have decided it’s more cost effective to replace the unit. We believe the service call cost was well worth it. Rusty was polite and we would certainly call on him/Mr Appliance again when we encounter any future repair needs for any of our appliances.

I would give Clayton 10 stars if I could. Very polite professional and courteous. Clayton identified the issue immediately. Unfortunately for us the cost of repair was more than the value of a new washer. Clayton explained this fact to us and kindly did not recommend the repair and we agreed. Would highly recommend and would call them again

Mr. Appliance charges by the job instead of by the hour and provides an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee.

We will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because we want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. We will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.
