Colten was fantastic. My old chain garage door opener was making unbearably loud sounds and shaking even after my attempts to DIY resolve it. He explained that it would be more of an headache and cost to try and repair or maintain the old one and gave me a great rate to replace the opener. He also helped me choose the right one for my door and setup, since I’m kind of particular. He was very professional, communicative, and did the job in less than an hour. He even cleaned up and replaced the shoddy work that was done with the last install and took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of the new one. Night and day difference. Highly recommend!
