Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

I found Blair Services on Thumbtack to come clean our gutters. The owner, Tom, was very responsive to my messages and promptly got back to me with a price estimate (which was very fair). Him and his Team were punctual on the day they came to clean the gutters and were very professional. They not only cleaned the gutters, but also used their leaf blower to blow all our leaves for us into piles, just because they noticed it needed done; they really went above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend their services!!! Blair Services does other maintenance (indoor/outdoor), and we will be contacting them for our maintenance needs on any future projects as well (just put their business card on our fridge). Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

Tom responded quickly to a job I’d had a really difficult time getting booked by other service providers- full house exterior cleaning/pressure washing including roof and gutters. It was a big job with a combo of brick and stucco that required specialized cleaning. Blair Services did excellent work. Will definitely hire again.

Pressure Washing

I reached out to Blair Services for a quote to power wash my condo covered deck (when they were here I mentioned staining the deck and they said they do that as well). They came out 8/4 and were available to complete the work 8/6 and 8/7. They were here at a good hour in the morning and worked diligently until the deck (sidings and ceiling) were completely cleaned. They didn’t come through my home to do any of the work and instead used a ladder to get to the condo deck on the third floor. Jay came back the next day to stain the deck, since it needed a day to dry. He worked extremely hard but watching him go back and forth over the third floor deck, onto a ladder, with paint and supplies made my heart stop every time lol. Nonetheless, everything was completed and my deck looks wonderful! Now it completely prepped to be screened in and I cannot wait! I highly recommend Blair Services. Please see before and after photos. The deck has a nice thick coating, I just love it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we Talk to are customers about Pricing we give Free Estimates and always like to come out and look at all projects and interduse are self so are customers feel comfortable and confident about the work that we would discuss at time of Estimate so we can explain the problems and walk them through the project we always love to make sure are customers know exactly what work we would be performing and the cost of materials and labor cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a date and time that is convenient to come out and personally meet our customers while we would like to be able to meet each and everyone of our customers we do understand that everyone is busy. So it is not always necessary for our customers to be home for there free estimate. Most estimates can be done by a quick walk around the customers outside of the property. We then can leave a written estimate for you to view at a later time or we can call you with the information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years experience in providing Gutter Installation and Cleaning's and Repair needs, pressure washing,, and roof cleaning Roofing and Repairs We take pride in the safety of our employees and our customers that is why we follow all safety and OSHA guidelines. Our customer and employee's safety is our top priority we are Fully insured and bonded and Guarantee all of are work 100 percent.
