Ronald showed up pretty swiftly to my home and provided lawn care. He was fast and efficient. He was very professional during the entire ordeal. He was also quite nice and was pleasant to deal with.

Originally the communications back and fourth were good, he was replying promptly then when trying to find a good day and agreed on Wednesday but then he called and cancelled due to an emergency (which happens and that's fine) then the next day it was nice all morning and got stormy late in the afternoon but he didn't come, then it was raining the next day as well. Then he did finally come the next day it was clear but didn't finish the yard because it was too wet in the back and he told me he was going to come back to finish the next day and it's almost been a week and my yard has yet to be finished and no word from him. I was prepared to give hire him once a week and he was pleasant on the phone and through text. I'm sad that it didn't work out.

I'm disappointed in my experience, that I chose this profile for my project and after they agreed to the job they ghosted on me. Didn't do the job, no response via email or phone. I had to get someone else.
