Tyler and his crew arrived right on time the day of the service. They came with everything needed and helped us with the pieces we were still missing from the job initially. They got the job done in 1 day and it was everything we were looking floor and turned out great. They brought us in the whole process if we had questions and making sure everything was the way we wanted it to look.

Loved how it turned out and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service.

Good overall experience with Tyler. Would work with him again. We did run into a few issues, as you would expect with any installation. He had good communication and problem solving skills through these issues. The biggest gap was estimation of materials needed. They ran out of both the flooring and didn't count risers correctly. A little better planning could have saved his crew a few hours and me an extra trip to the store.
