- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a guaranteed, flat-rate price based on the mileage, inventory to be moved, and any additional services needed - disassembly/reassembly, etc. Inventory can be determined by list, photos, or video. In-home estimates are available, if desired, at no extra cost. The customer should also indicate if boxes and other small items need to be moved as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will reach out for a quote, at which point they will be contacted via call and/or text within 1 hour. The customer will need to provide the inventory, origin address, and destination address, if applicable. A quote will be provided as soon as the inventory is received. Once the quote is confirmed and move date is scheduled, we will follow up the day before the move for final confirmation and to provide an arrival time. Customers should make sure that there are clear pathways inside and outside of the home to access the inventory to be moved. We do have partners for packing and storage services, should the customer be interested in those services. Those services are subject to our partners' availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of experience in the transportation industry, including moving and storage, LTL, and last mile delivery experience. I have personally been responsible for over 50,000 moves in my career.
