I noticed a leak on my ceiling, and immediately reached out and found Ohio Home Exteriors. They came the same day, found my problem, and fixed it quickly. I couldn't be happier, and will continue to use them whenever I have roofing issues!

Troy and his crew showed up early for our appointment for the estimate. They actually climbed on top of the 3 story roof to investigate the source of my leaks. I have plans to turn the roof into a rooftop deck. In the meantime, I just needed to find and stop the source of a pretty significant leak. They found more than I expected - but with the amount of ceiling damage I had, it made sense. We went over options. Troy found a solution that works well for me, with the understanding that roof is going to be torn apart next year for a restructure. Not only was he timely and conscientious concerning my budget but I’m also impressed with how quickly he accomplished the job. He also sent photos confirming the work completed which is nice. I could NEVER have climbed on a 3 story roof to verify completion.

Troy was at my home on a holiday to give a quote on a roofing job, he answered all of my questions and stated he would assist me in working with my insurance company. As Troy was leaving I asked him about another job, he looked at it, gave me a quote and came back the same day and completed. . . on a holiday. Troy is great in dealing with customers, he’s patient, knowledgeable, reasonable priced and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be using Troy again.
