We had a tune up from these guys and the tech was timely, polite and reasonable. Never tried to sell us anything we didnt need. No complaints from us! Owner and his wife are darling. Will absolutely use them again.

Scheduled service for my hotel, then they called back and said they don't know how to service air conditioners for hotels. Wasted my time.

Unfortunately, we realized that after the appointment had been scheduled, which was our mistake. While we're disappointed we couldn't assist, we believe it's better to be honest about our limitations than send a technician who isn't fully qualified for the job.
