The prices listed are all base prices and can vary based on how complex the issue turns out to be once I am able to troubleshoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first reach out with a warm introduction and then learn all I can about the issue at hand and how the customer would be comfortable about going about things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a computer repair shop with my father when I was a young, I am also in the midst of completing my bachelors in Information Technology at the University of Cincinnati and have worked professional in the IT field for 3 years.
