Introduction: My work stands out because I focus on explaining to my clients how metabolism works in each training session. This does 3 things for them:
1. Shows them how nutrition and exercise works together so they are confident that they are headed in the right direction.
2. Motivates them to move and perform physical activities safely so body shaping progress is made month after month.
3. Learn patience. Itâs a process to look and feel better and now they are headed towards more than just weight loss, but their full POTENTIAL!
What I love most after many years of owning my own personal training studio, is teaching people how nutrition works together with the clients lifestyle, emotions and physical activities such as yoga, weight training and running. In this way, results can be realized at any age. This is a very liberating way to help people C-reel Results!
