I recently hired Joseph's Landscaping & Patio for a front walkway and landscaping project at my home in Chagrin Falls, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
From start to finish, communication was excellent. Joseph was easy to work with, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. His quote was fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the finished product. What really stood out to me was that he was on-site the majority of the time, working right alongside his friendly three-man crew… not just overseeing the project, but actively involved in the work.
They removed my old, tired-looking front sidewalk and entrance area and replaced it with a beautiful new 4-foot-wide paver walkway that completely transformed the look of the front of my home. They also installed new sod, eight green arborvitae, twenty-four box plants, and finished everything off with stylish rows of decorative stone and mulch.
The finished product exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail and overall craftsmanship really show.
I highly recommend Joseph and his team if you’re looking for a landscaping company that delivers both quality work and a great customer experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the most reasonable pricing per item compared to the competition. We typically price per item (I.e. per shrub, per yard of mulch, per tree etc.) We also offer broken up payment schedule options and work dates! As of 2022 we will be offering a 3% off cash discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We engage with the customer over phone or email to ensure the job is the right fit for them and us. If the job requires a detailed on-site evaluation, we will do a consultation on the property. The consultation will determine the final quote and work date. We are always flexible if the customer would like add ons or a new design. We believe in keeping a service oriented relationship with the customer always!
