The rotten molding at the bottom of my back door was replaced and painted in a timely manner. The molding was covered with silicone to protect against water. Also, my toilet was fixed the same day to stop the water from running by replacing the insides and the water line to the toilet.

Came out here to give me an estimate for the job. The way he was talking you can tell he's not experienced with making walk-in showers for disabled people. I was still willing to give him a chance though because sometimes people can't express their abilities verbally...however, he stated that he was going to send me a quote that day or the next and never sent me any type of quote at all and on top of that wouldn't answer a single phone call. My project is getting funded by a charity organization due to my disability and lower income. So my assumption is that he truely doesn't know what he's doing with projects like this and knows that he would not be able to do the job in such a manor that it would pass a rigorous inspection from both the organization and city. Furthermore i honestly don't believe that he's even registered as an actual company with insurance to cover his work which would mean he's also not able to register in the cities he's working in himself to pull any needed permits for whatever job he's doing. So my honest recommendation is to not even give this individual the time of day otherwise you'll likely end up regretting it! Furthermore, IF you do actually hire him FORCE him to get permits for the job HIMSELF UNDER HIS COMPANY'S NAME NOT YOURS otherwise your home owners insurance will not cover anything that's done if something goes wrong. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU GET A PHOTO OR SCANNED COPY OF HIS COMPANIES INSURANCE AND HIS DRIVERS LICENSE. you'll need both of those things if you ever have to take legal action! Best of luck hope you all really let this review settle in you mind because making a choice to hire him or not!! Because most if not all of the other reviews on here were done shortly after he finished the jobs and nothing had the chance to go wrong yet, unfortunately with thumbtack once you post your review it's permanent so you can go back in and add to it or change anything which is terrible imo. Also wait 3-6 months before writing a review so you have time to make sure whatever is done has time to fester.
