Introduction

We offer 24-hour Service Guarantee on all cleaning services and equipment and supplies are provided by our team. There are no long term contracts. Regular cleaning visits are billed at $50 per hour/ per person, with a two (2)-hour booking minimum. These services require a minimum 2-hour booking per each visit. Deep cleaning services are billed at a flat rate of $375 for a four (4)- hour cleaning visit. Decluttering services are billed $40 per hour/ per person. Decluttering services DO NOT include cleaning, however cleaning services are available at our regular hourly rates and prices. Unless otherwise requested, a team of two (2) maids will be dispatched to your home or office per cleaning visit for all services. Prices do not include “extra” or “Add- on service” fees. Golden Pear Maids do not move, haul or remove large appliances and furniture. Our staff provides cleaning supplies and equipment. You will never be billed for supplies. **PLEASE NOTE: You will not be billed for travel up to 25 miles from the greater Cleveland area. Any travel over 25 miles outside of the greater Cleveland area will require a $50 service charge is added to the total amount. Golden Pear Maids provide regular and one-off commercial cleaning service from churches, physicians offices, Airbnb, small-medium office spaces and residential homes. Our staff strives to build personal relationships with each of our clients providing them with trustworthy, reliable and courteous cleaning crew that provides consistent top quality results. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 25% deposit for all scheduled visits is required and due when service appointment is scheduled. After your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email that your deposit has been received and a reminder of your scheduled appointment. You make payment of the remaining balance on the day of your scheduled visit. After services are completed you will have the opportunity to review our work with your cleaner to ensure the job has been performed to your satisfaction.

I am a mom!
