- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate within the constraints of your budget coming to an estimate that accommodates both the customer and myself. Assembly pricing comes from a standard price list based on the brand name and the product number. Thumbtack referral discounts are offered for first time customers with jobs amounting to $1,000 or more. I also offer discounts for senior citizens, veterans, civil servants and investors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with new customers consists of scheduling a walk through by appointment, taking appropriate measurements, going over the plan with the new client, coming up with an estimate including negotiations if necessary. Once everything is agreed upon a date will be set to begin the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of on the job training that gave me the skills required to complete various given tasks.
