- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on: 1. If the service is for a private session, small group, or group class. 2. If the service is a presentation. 3. How often the person or group wants to meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For yoga/meditation clients: If a person wants personal movement sessions, I like to meet them in person to see what their goals are, and to see if they've gotten clearance from their doctor. I work with the client to find out what their physical and emotional needs are, and if I am able to provide the level of service the individual requires. If there are extenuating physical and emotional issues I'm not trained to handle, I refer clients to other professionals. For speaking engagements: I meet with the individuals to see what goals they have for their presentation or workshop. I've previously tailored my presentations to suit education, higher education and religious groups. The work I easily applies to any environment or situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
M.A., Higher Education Administration: I have mentoring experience in personal and leadership development. Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1000 teaching hours and almost 300 hours of professional training. Physical therapeutics: I have trained and work with YogaReach, an organization dedicated to working with people who have Parkinson's Disease and other mobility issues. Have studied trauma-sensitive yoga practices. Have studied under Mindful Schools to understand K-12 mindfulness programs.
