We like to keep things simple. We provide full-service local and long distance move services. Additionally, we can deliver a storage container to you and your stuff gets loaded. All you'll need is 2-3 days and then we'll pick up your shell and store it safely. Need something from your shell or to have it delivered to your new place? It was a pleasure to work with them. I have had many movers and these guys were by far the best I have had. If anything was needed Aaron was on it. Pricing was up front and precise. No surprises. I am fully confident that if an issue arises that it will be rectified. Unfortunately for them, I will use them in the future.

Contacted Zippy Shell through Thumbtack and Aaron was great the minute we started talking about the moving project. He was upfront about rates and broke down what the expectations were thoroughly. He even offered an onsite visit to confirm the efforts needed. We ended up going with the recommendation of 2 trucks and 4 men, and it was everything we needed on the day of the move. Bryan showed up as the lead gentlemen of the moving crew and they were true professionals during the whole process. If any issue arose, such as an appliance not fitting through a door, the team would stop everything and thoroughly explain it to you. Great service all around and would definitely use Zippy Shell again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is considered industry standard and very competitive. We offer a 2 man, 3 man and 4 man hourly rate plus a one time transportation fee. 2 Man Hourly Rate (Includes 2 Men) $120 + $160 Transportation Fee 3 Man Hourly Rate (Includes 3 Men) $155 + $ 175 Transportation Fee 4 Man Hourly Rate (Includes 4 Men) $190 + $190 Transportation Fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to jump on a short and painless call to learn about their unique move requirements. We always go through an itemized personal inventory check list with each and every customer. This can be done through video chat or an in person inspection. Once completed and assuming the customer wants to move forward, we then look at the calendar and book their move accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are 100% licensed, bonded & insured to the highest degree in order to move household goods both locally and nationwide.
