About

We offer a clean, upscale facility that has three private studios. It's a comfortably atmosphere with all of the equipment of a larger gym. Our trainers are also at the top of our profession. They're nationally accredited, experienced, and genuinely care about you and your goals. We'll cover topics on nutrition, strength, posture, balance, cardiovascular, movement, and lifestyle. We enjoy the ability to help a variety of people acheive their, performance, fitness, or overall health goals. It's fun to watch their progress and achievements and we're proud to help people accomplish something they only once dreamed of trying.

Gary is well educated, attentive to proper form and provides support in a way that's both motivating and doesn't leave room for excuses. The gym is super-clean, quiet and allows you to focus on the workout rather than distractions around you. I've already recommended this studio to friends!

I have found Aspire Fitness and my Personal Trainer, Gary, to be supportive, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. The studio is very well equipped, clean, and has a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The staff is friendly and willing to work with individuals on all levels, so I always feel supported and yet challenged. This place is a real gem and so is the instructor Gary. If you have a fitness goal in mind, they are more than accommodating in developing a program suited to specific individual needs. Could not be happier with every aspect of my experience here.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hour long sessions start from $90, $70 for 45 minutes, and $50 for 30 minutes, We also have options for partner and small groups. Certain discount apply to certain packages. Visit our website for details
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session usually includes a discussion about your previous experience, goals, limitations, a few assessments to determine your current level of fitness, and some exercises to get started. From there we set up our next appointment and I start designing your program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are NASM certified and their interests spread from there. Some have advanced degrees in exercise science, other certifications include TRX, Pre/Post Natal, Kettlebell, CSCS, CrossFit, Pose Method of Running, and Yoga.
