We relocated here from WV and Staci Cain made it such a breeze. She was so patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and let me just say, I had a lot. We did a walk through with Staci and FYVE addressed all of our concerns before move in day. They’re tenant portal is excellent and the service department has a very quick turnaround time for minor repairs, when we’ve had to contact them, which is very much appreciated. We’ve been with FYVE almost a year and Staci is still very much available to answer any questions. She has always been very professional and personable. I highly recommend FYVE Realty.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat fee based model; offering a low monthly rate of between $99 - $229 per month (discounts based on volume) depending on your needs and the program you choose. There are no marketing fees or hidden costs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started with FYVE is wonderfully easy! We do all the heavy lifting for you, whether you are currently residing in the property, are in need of a rehab consult, already have a tenant in place or your property is ready to be leased, we make getting started a breeze! After completing a simple agreement your newly dedicated Manager will reach out to explain the next steps, and of course, take action to ensure you and your property are top priority, from day one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fyve is a locally licensed, full service Real Estate Brokerage, offering our clients a one-stop-shop, for all of their real estate investment needs. Our licensed staff continually undergoes in house and external training in order to stay up to date on all the latest in the world of investment real estate, including relevant tenant landlord laws. We do ALL of this, so you don't have to!
