I had been getting my schnauzer groomed at a local pet store. The quality of his cut was very inconsistent and they butchered his eyebrows on his last visit. Kathy is the complete opposite! She is super knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what she was going to do and why. He looks so handsome now. We will definitely be back
