- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. After diagnosing the issue, we provide flat rate options. We occasionally run seasonal promotions and offer bundled pricing when multiple services are completed during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer phone calls and emails promptly and answer any questions you may have. From there we set up a time that works for you. We give you a heads up when we are on the way. Upon arrival we will work to diagnose the issue and present you with pricing options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly trained with years of hands on experience in plumbing, sewer, and drain systems. We stay current with industry standards, equipment, and repair methods from advanced sewer camera inspections to hydro jetting and complex plumbing system diagnostics.
