To say this team is incredible is an understatement. These may be the most caring people in the cleaning business. I asked for a deep cleaning and some decluttering and they went above and beyond. I woke up yesterday to a house in complete disarray, with photographers scheduled to arrive early in the week to prepare images for private showings. My cleaner had cancelled, and with decades of packing, purging, and sorting through 30+ years of family memories, I was minutes away from a total meltdown. I went online and submitted a request for immediate, no-nonsense help. The Tidy Office Team responded right away, and I accepted. When they arrived, their calm confidence stopped me in my tracks. “Just show us, ma’am — let us help.” With barely coherent instructions, I led them upstairs and excused myself, hoping for a miracle. I didn’t realize the miracle had already begun. They were phenomenal. Their work brought me genuine joy and relief. Later, their supervisor stopped by to check on progress and stayed to help because he remembered the panic in my voice during the intake call. If you ever have the opportunity to hire a cleaning crew, it should be the Tidy Office Team. I was so grateful that I called all eleven of my 11 sisters-in-laws first thing this morning to share the experience. Thank you, everyone — truly, thank you.

I received excellent service from Davano and Jessica. I hired them to help clean my dads home and they didn't disappoint. They had great communication, they we're on time, very personable and courteous, polite, and most of all, they cleaned my dads home very well. I will definately be using them again in the future!!!!
