- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price for value, not to be the cheapest. Our focus is on preparation, craftsmanship, and results that last. With us, value means a stress-free experience, top-quality work, and fair pricing. Every estimate is detailed and transparent — no surprises. Plus, you can take advantage of seasonal promos, referral rewards, and our Painters Points Program for cash back on future projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a quick 5–10 minute call to review your project and schedule your estimate. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details, and on the day of your estimate our team will arrive on time, walk the project with you, and answer any questions. You’ll also receive our Client Manual—a clear guide to our process and what to expect. If you choose to move forward, we’ll send a booking confirmation and keep you updated leading up to your start date, about 4-5 times. When it’s time to begin, our team will show up prepared, professional, and ready to deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started our training in Madison, WI in 2020 and have been growing ever since. Our crew is made up of experienced painters, trained on 216 Painting’s SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality results. We never subcontract—every project is handled in-house so we can guarantee both the experience and the quality.
