- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local moves are typically booked at hourly rates. Long distance jobs are usually booked at a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically speak with customers by email or phone to determine exactly what services they need, where they need the services, and how many items need to be moved. This can be done by phone for smaller jobs or in person form mid-sized to larger jobs. We use this information along with our moving software to write up a quote which is then emailed for the customer to review online. The quote can be accepted, denied, or additional questions can be asked. We strive to make this a simple process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are trained through our "Movers University" training program to learn proper techniques for moving furniture, protecting your home, and loading a truck.
