Certifications include not only personal training but powerlifting, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition counseling. I have worked with all ages and genders. My Trainer Mark is professional and always on time and prepared. He provides individual workout plans and monitors progress.. He follows progress closely and makes changes along the way to ensure you meet your goals.. Equipment is cleaned before and after each workout.. I am happy with my results..
