- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free roof inspection and if we were to go the insurance route, the only thing you would be responsible for is your insurance deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start off with a roof inspection then if I find good enough damage, I file a claim with the homeowner to have their insurance replace the entire roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained by my coworkers who have several years of experience to help identify storm damage and assist homeowners with their insurance claims.
