I am a licensed regularly ordained minister and wedding officiant authorized by the state of Ohio to solemnize marriages. I am professional. I take what I do seriously. I give myself plenty of time to get to the venue so that I arrive early. I provide value. I recently became completed the PREPARE/ENRICH Certification Training. PREPARE/ENRICH is a tool designed to create and sustain strong marriages. PREPARE-ENRICH PROGRAM In September of 2016, I became certified as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator. PREPARE-ENRICH is an online assessment. The assessment tailors itself to the unique stage and structure of each couple's relationship, as well as to the larger cultural context in which they live. Prepare-Enrich is based on: Systems theory, which integrates concepts and principles from Marital and Family Therapy Couple and Family Strengths Model Prevention-oriented approaches Prepare-Enrich consists of two components: 1. Online couple assessment - Primes the couple for relevant and revealing discussion - Identifies strength and growth areas 2. Feedback & teaching relationship skills - Communication and Conflict Resolution - Closeness and Flexibility -Personality Compatibility -Stress Management I am currently offering Prepare-Enrich to couples as part of KRS Wedding Connection. NOTARIZATION SERVICE IS ALSO OFFERED. A wedding is a happy occasion. Seeing the couple and their family so happy makes me happy.

Mrs. Shepard is an amazing officiant! She managed to squeeze our wedding in on short notice, was very receptive to what we wanted, and arrived early for our ceremony. We are very pleased with her services. Thank you again for making our day special for us..and the tissues at the alter. 😀

Karen was great to work with and very professional. We got in contact withh her with very short notice, and it was like we had been working with her for months. And when our ceremony got rained out and had to be relocated 5 miles down the road, it was no problem at all. Also the ceremony was very nice and personaland just as we asked her to make it. 5 stars isn't enough thanks Karen.

Reverend Karen Shepherd exceeded my expectations. As hectic and busy as wedding planning is, you will not have to worry about Rev. Karen’s role within your wedding ceremony. She is on top of EVERYTHING! She will ensure that you have applied for your marriage license. She will quickly respond and communicate with you regarding any wedding concerns. And she will show up promptly, before your ceremony is scheduled to start. She’s extremely professional and does her job well. Whatever your requests are, she will adapt to them without question or judgment. We could not have found a better Officiant. Thank You Reverend Shepherd!
