I had a townhouse that was that needed cleaned up to put it up for sale, The last two owners had been smokers and had dogs and cats who made a mess of the place. The odor was overwhelming. It was bad enough to give you a headache after being inside for a few minutes. After hiring traditional cleaning contractors and tearing out all the carpet, the smell was still there. I called Mel and he was very responsive. He assessed the situation and said he had treated worse. He said it would probably take two visits to get rid of all the cigarette smoke and pet urine smell. The place was drastically better after the first treatment. After the follow-up treatment the cigarette and pet smells are gone! If you have a home or car that needs deodorized call Mel. You'll be happy you did!

Very happy with the results, exceeded expectations. My French Bulldog peed on the couch and I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I scrubbed it multiple times and it left a huge watermark and the smell remained. Mel treated the couch, no more smell or watermark left.

Excellent job! The sectionals and 4 dining chairs look as good as new now! He will tell you upfront what stains can and can’t be removed but the results were beyond our expectations. We’ve had the same amount of work done before, for twice as much the cost and time. We have more couches that need to be cleaned and will not be looking elsewhere. He was in time and very professional. Thank you!
