From the initial meeting with Sam, he took the time to video and explain everything, to meeting Clay, who took the time to answer all my silly questions, to Shawn, who made sure everything was done perfectly and made sure to update me regularly with progress and his crew did great. Russell Johnson was great to work with and very personable. He spent more time investigating our roof issue than any other company or contractor did, and I believe he found the solution to the leak.We also got new gutters with gutter guards, giving us peace of mind about it being better for our home and foundation.The financing options had reasonable terms as well, such as 3, 6 or 12 months same as cash (no interest, no payments).
