- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like no two snowflakes are alike, neither are two events. We evaluate when the event is, where it is, and what is being requested in terms of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to typically have a phone conversations with potential clients, and then meet in person to go over any other details. We also stay in contact up to the event date. For weddings we will meet one more time before the event and go over any final details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We network with other entertainers at DJ Conventions that are held in Atlantic City, and Las Vegas each year; which allows us to bring the latest innovations and trends to our customers. We also subscribe to one of the largest DJ Only music services in the country; we get the same edits and remixes that the radio stations receive and typically have them weeks before they are played on the radio.
