Our pricing depends on the size, materials, design complexity, and quantity of your custom order. We provide a clear quote before work begins, so you’ll know what to expect. A digital proof is included so you can review and approve your design before production. If you need multiple pieces or a larger order, let us know and we’ll discuss quantity pricing. Shipping and any rush fees will be outlined in your quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your ideas, how you’ll use the piece, and any preferences for size, materials, colors, and budget. You can share your logo, inspiration photos, or simply describe what you have in mind—we’ll help guide the details. Once we agree on the project and pricing, we create a digital proof for you to review and approve. After approval, we handcraft your piece in our Northern Ohio shop, keep you updated, and coordinate pickup or shipping when it’s ready.
