- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As odd as it sounds, the pricing will be different depending on a few factors. If an area is more competitive as far as business competition, the price will be higher. Competitive niches will increase the price as it takes more money to get ranked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically pass on a quote to the new customer. This will involve pricing for three distinct levels. Once accepted I will talk with the customer and find out what they and their business is about. I like to start out with a 3 month contract and when the customer is satisfied with that, we will move to a longer time table solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had specific training during the summer (2015). I have a network of over 1000 individuals that lend a helping hand when necessary.
